Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer complaints and address them effectively.
- Collaborate with the Global Team to monitor and measure Statistical Driven data, working towards achieving KPIs.
- Monitor and assess the progress and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions.
- Understand AutoCAD drawings and apply them appropriately.
- Prioritize safety and environmentally sustainable solutions when making decisions.
- Keep stakeholders informed about order progress in a timely manner.
- Share knowledge and skills with engineering colleagues, actively participating in meetings and workshops.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred skills:
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and hardworking.
- Effective team player.
- Attention to procedure and guidelines.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
