Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and training materials.
Perform basic NLP techniques like tokenization
Handle unstructured data to perform text analytics
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology – CS/IT and similar branches & MCA
Knowledge of programming is a must
