As a KPMG Business Analyst, you will have a crucial role in assisting organizations by providing strategic insights and supporting informed decision-making processes. Your strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques will contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering valuable insights to clients. Collaboration with stakeholders, such as project managers and technical teams, will be essential to ensure successful project delivery. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and forward-thinking mindset to drive growth and maximize operational efficiency for clients.
In this role, you will specifically provide onboarding support through the Workday tool. Your team is responsible for managing global onboarding operations from the Pune location. There is an existing team of 11 individuals situated at the client’s site in Pune. The ideal candidate should have prior onboarding experience, preferably using the Workday tool. Additionally, experience in a large-scale environment and strong stakeholder management skills are highly desirable.
Qualifications:
