Job Description:
Job Title: Junior QA Tester – PC Console Games Reports to: QA Lead Location: Bangalore / Hybrid

Their mobile hits such as Draw It, Teacher Simulator, Let’s Be Cops 3D, Airport Security, and Makeover Studio 3D have captivated players around the globe. Kwalee is also expanding its PC and Console team, which consists of experienced professionals working on exciting titles like TENS!, Eternal Hope, Die by the Blade, and Scathe.

- As a Junior QA Tester for Kwalee’s PC Console games, you will play a vital role in testing, identifying, and documenting bugs to ensure high-quality game releases within the designated time frame. The QA team at Kwalee possesses a keen eye for detail and resourcefulness in independently uncovering and rectifying flaws.
- Your responsibilities will include collaborating with your team to test specific video game titles, meticulously examining each game to identify and report any issues or bugs, and documenting them in a bug database. You will work closely with the development team, assigning and resolving issues to ensure a seamless gaming experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to game improvement by providing suggestions and feedback to designers, artists, and programmers.
- To excel in this role, you will need strong critical thinking skills to effectively identify and analyze issues and bugs. Excellent communication skills in English will allow you to articulate identified issues clearly and concisely. A methodical, scientific, and analytical mindset will aid in your testing approach. A solid understanding of PC, Console, and Mobile platforms, both in terms of hardware and software, is essential. A genuine passion for games and proficiency in using spreadsheets, MS Office, and PC and internet applications are desired. You should also be adept at collaborating with other team members, adapting to changes in project requirements and instructions, and be willing to work in shifts as needed.
