Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Maintaining and resolving issues on LAN/WAN, VPN, biometric, AV systems connections.
• Coordinating with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop/laptop computing equipment and software.
• Supporting in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
• Conducting remote troubleshooting.
• Organizing and filing documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from any stream.

Preferred Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Communication skills to interact and present findings to team members.
• Attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel.
