Role: IT Support
Responsibilities:
- Timely Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees across the company, either in person or over the phone.
- User Account Management: Set up accounts for new users, ensuring they have the necessary access.
- Equipment Maintenance: Repair or replace hardware and equipment as needed to maintain functionality.
- Network Management: Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, biometric, and AV system connections.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and software.
- Application Deployment: Assist in testing and deploying new applications and systems.
- Ticket Resolution: Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Conduct remote troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain documentation, including warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
