Role: IT Support

Responsibilities:

  1. Timely Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees across the company, either in person or over the phone.
  3. User Account Management: Set up accounts for new users, ensuring they have the necessary access.
  4. Equipment Maintenance: Repair or replace hardware and equipment as needed to maintain functionality.
  5. Network Management: Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, biometric, and AV system connections.
  6. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and software.
  7. Application Deployment: Assist in testing and deploying new applications and systems.
  8. Ticket Resolution: Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking.
  9. Remote Troubleshooting: Conduct remote troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
  10. Documentation: Organize and maintain documentation, including warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
