LTIMindtree Job Responsibilities:
As part of your role at LTIMindtree, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a detailed understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and providing accurate and relevant information.
- Demonstrating complete command over the tools and applications used in the role, including contact center chat applications, ticketing tools, and email.
- Utilizing documentation skills to work with spreadsheets and document software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
LTIMindtree Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
Preferred Skills:
The preferred skills for this position include:
- Willingness to work in an international voice process and a 24×7 environment with rotational offs (5 days working).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain composed in challenging situations.
- A history of achieving goals in a high-performance work environment.
- Extensive customer service and interaction skills in a voice campaign.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
- Experience in handling calls with end customers is a must.
- Immediate joiners or individuals with a maximum notice period of 30 days are preferred.
- Candidates should be available to work from the office in Bangalore.
