Meesho Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and construct a user interface that instills customer trust.
- Develop efficient applications and abstractions to empower our team in creating robust workflows.
- Take complete ownership of the product, proactively identifying and addressing bugs.
- Implement necessary changes and, when required, undertake the complete product overhaul.
- Ensure the technical scalability of UI/UX designs.
Meesho Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in developing and launching user-friendly products.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in responsive web design, familiarity with common Web UX patterns, and ability to distinguish between good and bad design.
- Capability to write clean, maintainable code that facilitates collaborative work.
- Mastery in DOM manipulation, including jQuery, and a deep understanding of components.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ES6 (ECMAScript 6).
- Knowledge of browser behavior, performance, compatibility, and cross-browser issues.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Expertise in advanced CSS, animations, and responsive design.
- Basic architectural and design skills.
- Strong coding skills, adeptness in data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to take end-to-end responsibility, from requirement analysis to release.
- Skill in producing bug-free, production-grade code.
- Proficiency in debugging, including the identification of page speed and performance bottlenecks using tools like Chrome DevTools and React DevTools.
- Working knowledge of frontend frameworks and tools, with NodeJS and ReactJS expertise considered a bonus.
