Notice Regarding Data Transmission and Processing Outside the European Economic Area (EEA):

When utilizing service providers and transmitting data to third parties, personal data may be sent to recipients located outside the European Union (EU), Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway (collectively referred to as the European Economic Area or EEA), including the United States and India, for processing.

It should be noted that data may be transmitted to countries outside the EEA that do not possess an “adequate level of data protection.” These countries may lack data protection laws equivalent to those of the EEA, and there may be variations in the existence of a data protection authority and procedures for handling data breaches. Public authorities in such countries may also have easier access to processed data and use them for purposes other than those allowed in the EEA.

The applicant profile remains active throughout the selection process and, if inactive, will be saved for an additional three months after the conclusion of all selection processes before deletion. Internal application profiles for Group employees will remain active during employment and will be deleted three months after leaving the Group.

Applicants have the option to withdraw their applications at any time before a rejection by the company, resulting in immediate deletion.

In the event of an unsuccessful application, personal information provided (first and last names, contact information) will be deleted three months after the selection process concludes. Other portions of the application will be stored for statistical purposes for an additional 21 months before deletion.

If hired, application data will be used to initiate the employment relationship and for statistical purposes. Some data will be transferred to other systems (HR management system) and stored for at least the duration of employment, subject to deletion periods applicable to relevant data categories thereafter.
