- Showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being adept at handling objections and customer escalations.
- Demonstrating a sound analytical and logical approach to troubleshoot and resolve Hardware and Software issues.
- Possessing excellent CRM skills, along with proficiency in Email/Chat Etiquettes, emphasizing the importance of a Customer First mindset.
- Possessing additional advantages with A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE Technical certifications.
