Job Description

Must retain the zeal to demonstrate client First culture in every commerce
Capability to troubleshoot and fix tackle/ Networking zilches related queries over the phone

Capability to give results to guests that may involve dealing the client a product or service to fix the issue.

Qualifications
Minimal qualifications

Graduate in any sluice.

Preferred qualifications

Active demonstration of Self- Time and TaskManagement.High situations demonstration of Interpersonal & communication chops, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Should demonstrate good logical/ logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving Hardware & Software issues

Should have excellent CRM chops, Dispatch/ converse proprieties, client First mindset is needed A, N, MCSA, MCSE Technical instruments would be added advantage
