Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor key metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition, top-performing styles, etc.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve future performance.
• Reconcile discounts with brand associates for funding sale day properties.
• Monitor discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to ensure parity and preempt customer switching.
• Analyze trends in inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to meet goals and project timelines.
• Set up reporting processes for operational streamlining.
• Develop and innovate strong analyses and trends that would shape new dimensions of pricing.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving ability, structured thinking, analytical skills, and process orientation.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (Must) and SQL (Must); knowledge of Python and aptitude to learn further.
• Knowledge of automating Google trackers using Python is preferred.
• Highly action-oriented with the ability to own projects from conceptualization to execution.
• Ability to collaborate and build working relationships with members from other departments, supporting analysts within the team.
