At an entry position, learns process and systems and applies this to the introductory assignment/ distribution of workload of CE’s in order to meet SLAs.
Accepts and routes calls( high call volume)
Gathers problem information and records data in desktop tools
Observers incident status and escalates cases that aren’t resolved in a specific timeframe
Schedule client installation exertion
Responsible for icing the client’s annuity of services
give phone support on Retail products, systems and colorful software products • give accurate and creative results to stoner problems of moderate nature to maximize product or system vacuity;
Take power of service request from client and insure timely and satisfactory resolution of problem.
24 * 7 rotational shift( Night shifts).
NCR Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
High School/ Diploma/ Graduate or Equivalent.
0- 1 times of affiliated experience.
Offers of employment are tentative upon passage of webbing criteria applicable to the job.
NCR Recruitment Preferred skill
Problem routing, shadowing and escalation procedures
Advanced problem working and troubleshooting chops
Data entry software operations and affiliated desktop tools
Relationship structure chops; Excellent communication chops, verbal and written as well as harkening chops
retain strong client service chops and be suitable to work in a dynamic platoon terrain.
