Position Responsibilities:
- Execute procedures to meet internal and external SLAs with high quality.
- Undergo training and certification on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Perform data entry via databases.
- Develop and recommend solutions for process improvements, and support the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to complete day-to-day business as usual (BAU) activities.
- Provide support for on-call rotations or off-shift availability when required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Respond to client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and Client Service Representatives.
- Research and respond to E&Y Audit requests.
- Assist Process/Team Lead with creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Support Process Lead/Team with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other media-related disciplines.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering quality results on time with high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data logically and draw conclusions, conveying results effectively.
- Proficiency in the English language, including writing, grammar, organization, analysis, and communication skills.
- Proficient use of Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Accuracy in working under deadlines and willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed.
- Good typing speed.
- Passion for consuming podcasts, TV shows, and movies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest news, especially on social networks, related to American television, cinema, and sports.
