Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Understanding different business scenarios and efficiently developing, evaluating, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like UiPath and other relevant automation solutions.
- Assisting in creating and deploying automation solutions based on specific requirements provided by business engineers and end users.
- Configuring RPA processes while following workflow principles, and conducting thorough unit tests on code to ensure usability, reliability, and overall performance.
- Being adaptable and acquiring proficiency in new technology stacks like Process Mining and Chatbots.
- Ensuring the excellence of automation outcomes and addressing any outstanding issues before transitioning to production.
- Reviewing solutions to ensure error-free code and having a strong grasp of architecture diagrams.
- Improving and maintaining existing work processes and flows, with a focus on continuous improvement and evolution.
- Contributing to the creation of process definition documents, technical solution documents, and user manuals.
- Actively exploring opportunities to research emerging trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in the product/services sector, showcasing strong technical skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages like .Net, C#, JavaScript, VBScript, along with familiarity with REST Services and PL/SQL.
- Comfortable working independently and under supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with creativity, a sense of urgency, and genuine passion.
- Extensive familiarity with Microsoft’s suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as computer science or engineering) is required.
