Job Responsibilities:

1. RPA Development:
   • Understand business scenarios and develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath and other automation solutions.
   • Support the creation and deployment of automation solutions based on requirements from business engineers and end-users.
2. Configuration and Testing:
   • Configure RPA processes using workflow principles, ensuring unit test code for usability, reliability, and overall performance.
   • Ensure the quality of automation output, fixing open defects before moving to production.
3. Technology Adoption:
   • Learn new technology stacks, such as Process Mining and Chatbots.
   • Stay updated on emerging trends and implement new techniques and technologies.
4. Code Review and Documentation:
   • Review solutions for error-free code and a good understanding of architecture diagrams.
   • Contribute to the creation of process definition documents, technical solutions documents, and user manuals.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Maintain, improve, and focus on evolving current work processes and flows.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education and Experience:
   • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g., computer science or engineering).
   • 0 to 1 year of working experience in the product/services industry with strong technical knowledge.
2. Preferred Skills:
   • Knowledge in one or more languages like .Net, C#, JavaScript, VBScript, REST Services, PL/SQL.
   • Ability to work independently with assisted supervision.
3. Interpersonal and Communication:
   • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building relationships.
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving:
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Results-oriented with creative abilities, a sense of urgency, and passion.
5. Microsoft Product Suite:
   • Strong experience with the Microsoft product suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project.
