Qualifications and Requirements :

• A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
• Experience with project feasibility, definition requirements, design, and/or project leadership.
• Proficiency in various technical programming languages and conducting phase report studies.
• Knowledge of programming languages, business applications, state-of-the-art technology, and current trends in the computer industry to evaluate and recommend new technologies.
• Understanding of various application designs and programming techniques acquired through related experience to evaluate processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for systems guidance.
