Position: Help Desk Associate
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
As a Help Desk Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
- Exceptional IT Service Desk Support: Provide outstanding IT Service Desk support, guiding and training end-users on various IT devices, applications, or processes.
- Issue Management: Promptly record, update, and escalate support issues to the appropriate level for resolution.
- IT Onboarding: Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal IT teams for system testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Tool Evaluation: Explore and evaluate new IT business tools to assist business users and the internal IT team.
- Process and Technology Enhancement: Identify, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology enhancements.
- Willingness to Learn: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand expertise in other IT business domains.
Requirements for the Role:
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
- The ability to work autonomously within a diverse global team.
- Proficiency in IT software and hardware troubleshooting, including Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft Environment.
Preferences (Optional/Nice-to-Haves):
While not mandatory, the following preferences are considered advantageous:
- Embrace individuality, openness, a hunger for growth, humility, collaboration, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- ITIL foundation certification is a plus, along with flexibility and readiness to work in a rotational 24*7 shift pattern.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (07:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST) is essential, with flexibility for shift adjustments as per client demands, including overtime and weekend commitments based on business requirements.
