Job Description
NTT is hiring campaigners for the post of MS mastermind.

Job liabilities
The Network mastermind( L1) is an entry position position in the Networking masterminds job family. Under the guidance of further elderly Networking masterminds, they give a service to guests to insure that their IT structure and systems remain functional through proactively relating, probing and resolving specialized incidents and problems and to restore services to guests by managing incidents to resolution.
Their primary ideal is to insure zero missed service position agreement conditions.
The Network mastermind( L1) focuses on first line support for standard and low complexity incidents and maintains the Networking environmental and covering outfit.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree from any sluice
Excellent verbal and spoken English language chops

Preferred skill
Network masterminds( L1) are needed to rigorously misbehave with all processes and procedures as specified by Dimension Data and the customer when applicable.
