Job Description:
We are excited to welcome a Production Software Engineer I to the Oracle Cerner team. In the role of Production Software Engineer I, you will address and analyze technical coding issues presented by both internal and external clients. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of, debugging, and documenting investigations related to issues within the code base, utilizing various debugging techniques. Conducting root cause analysis, identifying problem areas, and providing recommendations to development teams will be part of your role. You will engage in communication with internal and external clients and teams to resolve issues and create code-based queries and development testing tools. Furthermore, you will consult with clients to comprehend problems and requests for additional information, and develop a deep understanding of the assigned solution, technologies, development processes, and ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the software engineering division, you will leverage your foundational knowledge of software architecture to undertake tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems as per provided design specifications. You will contribute to building enhancements within an existing software architecture.
