Job Description:
Micro Market Manager
The Micro Market Manager (MMM) will have the following key responsibilities:
- Acquiring key merchants, including semi-fixed and fixed shops, within a designated geographic area.
- Building and nurturing new merchant relationships while exploring opportunities for cross-selling.
- Ensuring the retention of acquired merchants and driving cross-sales of other products.
- Utilizing excellent negotiation, communication, and convincing skills to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in the regional language is mandatory.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and business development.
- Graduation with a strong academic record is required for this role.
