Job Description
Paytm Insider is looking for Business Development Interns to support our expansion efforts in the South zone. Our goal is to create unique and customized offerings for local event organizers and venues across the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and payment processes for each event listing.
- Serve as the primary contact for Small/Medium scale organizers, ensuring efficient management of their accounts and related documentation.
- Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage incoming customer service queries to maintain high service standards.
- Identify and assess the specific needs of organizers and venues, collect feedback, and communicate this information to the relevant teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
