Pearson is hiring campaigners for the post of Client Channel Operations Associate.

Support theS. CCOM in icing that customer satisfaction situations are achieved to a high standard and issues are recognised, proved and resolved
Work with both internal brigades and 3 rd party test centres to insure acceptable capacity is handed to meet customer demands and help to develop contingency plans
Support other enterprise as handed by theS. CCOM where applicable
Develop strong connections with wider Pearson associates to maximise effectiveness and edge
Respond to the requirements of test centres in all aspects of test delivery
Pearson Careers Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate from any sluice.
Preferred skill
Demonstrated experience with coordinating a range of liabilities systems
Confident in working singly on your own with minimum supervision and suitable to seek backing and escalate enterprises when needed
Enthusiastic, energetic platoon player who has the capability to work on their own, whilst enjoying the capability to seek backing and/ or escalate enterprises when needed
Degree educated or original
A positive and can- do station combining the capability to continually see, speak and communicate in the most positive manner possible, internally and externally
Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Capability to exceed client prospects
Capability to acclimatize to new business practices and respond appreciatively
Excellent English, both written and verbal
Completely familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and associated packages
Demonstrated experience working with Excel – intermediate to advanced chops
