Manufacturing-Process Engineer Responsibilities For P&G Hiring For 2023 :
- Lead a team in identifying and eliminating losses across global measures by developing process and organizational capabilities using manufacturing tools.
- Lead standardization efforts and implement changes in equipment and process validation.
- Build technical troubleshooting capabilities for process failures.
- Set daily direction for the process, reporting results, flagging issues, and requesting resources.
- Drive overall cost reduction and productivity projects through asset utilization and benchmarking.
- Serve as the information hub for project and product development, coordinating capital projects across functions and teams.
- Apply technology to tackle manufacturing problems and demonstrate leadership in its application.
- Design processes to establish best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.
- Drive speed to market of products and innovations.
- Lead large project management teams to control and optimize capital and project spending.
Product Supply Planning Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies for timely production and distribution of products to consumers, customers, and distributor partners.
- Manage a team of planners responsible for forecasting and planning raw/packed materials and finished goods for manufacturing operations.
- Lead cost savings and supply chain redesign projects to improve inventory management.
- Coordinate distribution requirements for finished goods across plants, distribution centers, and logistics partners.
- Drive cost reduction in physical distribution while improving service levels.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any relevant engineering field; or an MBA degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong team player and quick learner.
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
