Job Responsibilities:
Manufacturing-Process Engineer:
- Lead a team to identify and eliminate losses through global measures by developing process and organization capabilities using manufacturing tools.
- Implement standardization and changes on equipment and validate processes.
- Build technical troubleshooting capabilities for process failures.
- Provide daily direction to the process, reporting results, identifying issues, and requesting resources.
- Drive cost reduction and productivity projects by optimizing asset utilization and benchmarking.
- Coordinate capital projects across all functions and teams, serving as the information hub.
- Demonstrate leadership in applying technology to address manufacturing challenges.
- Design processes to establish best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.
- Accelerate speed to market for products and innovations.
- Lead large project management teams, controlling and optimizing capital and project spending.
Product Supply Planning:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely production and distribution of products to consumers, customers, and distributor partners.
- Manage a team of planners for raw/packed materials and finished goods, leading forecasting and planning for manufacturing operations.
- Drive cost savings and supply chain re-design projects to improve inventory management.
- Coordinate distribution requirements for finished goods across plants, distribution centers, and logistics partners.
- Improve service levels while reducing physical distribution costs.
Qualification required For P&G Hiring For 2023:
Recent graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any relevant engineering degree; or an MBA degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
