Job Responsibilities:

Manufacturing-Process Engineer:

  1. Lead a team to identify and eliminate losses through global measures by developing process and organization capabilities using manufacturing tools.
  2. Implement standardization and changes on equipment and validate processes.
  3. Build technical troubleshooting capabilities for process failures.
  4. Provide daily direction to the process, reporting results, identifying issues, and requesting resources.
  5. Drive cost reduction and productivity projects by optimizing asset utilization and benchmarking.
  6. Coordinate capital projects across all functions and teams, serving as the information hub.
  7. Demonstrate leadership in applying technology to address manufacturing challenges.
  8. Design processes to establish best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.
  9. Accelerate speed to market for products and innovations.
  10. Lead large project management teams, controlling and optimizing capital and project spending.

Product Supply Planning:

  1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely production and distribution of products to consumers, customers, and distributor partners.
  2. Manage a team of planners for raw/packed materials and finished goods, leading forecasting and planning for manufacturing operations.
  3. Drive cost savings and supply chain re-design projects to improve inventory management.
  4. Coordinate distribution requirements for finished goods across plants, distribution centers, and logistics partners.
  5. Improve service levels while reducing physical distribution costs.

Qualification required For P&G Hiring For 2023:

Recent graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any relevant engineering degree; or an MBA degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred skills:

  1. Team player and quick learner.
  2. Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
  3. Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong leadership skills and initiative.
  5. Technical curiosity, creativity, and innovation.
