Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a Technical Writer for user documentation delivered as service documentation to field service engineers.
- Utilize knowledge of content management systems and their use to create and manage user documentation.
- Collaborate with Service Innovation Engineers and R&D teams to gather information and formulate content for the documentation.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field from a reputed institute with good academic scores.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and oral English.
- Self-reliant approach to work and strong writing skills with proficiency in technical writing and English grammar.
- Willingness to work hands-on with systems.
- Takes end-to-end ownership of assigned manuals, gathers the required support and inputs.
- Builds product knowledge and understands the structure and Content Management System of existing manuals in QUANOS ST4.
- Knowledge of handling Adobe Acrobat Reader software and its deliverables.
