Job Responsibilities :
- Prioritize integrity and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
- Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction queries via both phone and data channels.
- Adhere to specified process guidelines to achieve issue resolution.
- Establish trust with customers through effective interactions.
- Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
- Utilize internal processes and resources to address customer issues.
- Escalate issues appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams for resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Engage and educate customers on how to make the most of PhonePe services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
- 0-2 years of experience in insurance advisory or sales roles.
- Quick learning ability.
- Active listening skills and adept at handling objections.
- Strong customer orientation and adaptability to different scenarios.
- Team player who is flexible and open to feedback.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Multilingual skills (spoken and written) in South Indian languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
