Job Responsibilities( PhonePe Off Campus Drive ):
As a Quality Assurance/Quality Management professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and implementing Quality Assurance/Quality Management programs.
- Evaluating the adequacy of existing Quality audit framework and applying/recommending continuous improvement techniques to maintain a best-in-class Quality Management process.
- Performing Quality audits and developing procedures and guidelines for recording and reporting audit data.
- Utilizing coaching and mentorship skills to train and support customer support teams, both in-house and vendor partners.

Qualification required:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Smooth change management and knowledge transfer across all Customer Support teams (in-house and vendor partners).
- Deriving themes and insights from completed audits to identify actionable process improvement areas.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Partnering closely with the Training, Content Strategy, and Process Design teams to identify knowledge and skill requirements.
