Role Overview:
As a QA Analyst at PTC, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for an industry-leading service parts management application. Your role will involve gaining in-depth knowledge of the product and understanding how customers use it, enabling you to devise innovative testing methods from the customer’s perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a Scrum Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and execute test case documents: Create comprehensive test case documents to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our service parts management application. Execute test cases and track defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Acquire proficiency in existing and new algorithms: Familiarize yourself with existing algorithms used in our software solutions and stay updated with new algorithms to enhance the testing process and improve efficiency.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving
- Interest in Statistics and Operations Research
- Quick learning ability
- Keen eye for identifying UI/UX issues
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree
