Job Description:
PTC Company is currently hiring candidates for the position of Product Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support services to customers and field staff, assisting with configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality issues with Windchill Products.
You will deliver customer-centric service by understanding customers’ issues, having knowledge of PTC products, and applying Support Services processes effectively.
Develop expert-level knowledge of Windchill installation and functionality issues and contribute to the evolution of PTC Knowledgebase.
Create software configurations, replicate issues, troubleshoot technical problems, investigate issues in collaboration with other PTC departments (such as R&D and QA), and communicate solutions to customers.
Focus on professional development and occasionally provide teaching or mentoring to other team members. Provide valuable input to Technical Support projects and functional teams as your experience grows.
Assist in creating and implementing technical training and documentation related to the above topics. Collaborate with other PTC offices worldwide to deliver exceptional support to mission-critical customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, or a relevant field. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Application or a related field (MCA, MCS).
Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience in a support profile (experience with Windchill or other enterprise-level software is preferred).
