Qualcomm Eligibility Criteria:
Qualcomm is looking for candidates with Masters or Bachelors degrees in fields such as Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, or ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering). Preferred skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in developing real-time embedded software and device drivers.
- Proficiency in Mobile SW development for platforms like Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
- Strong grasp of OS concepts, Data structures, and similar fundamentals.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++ and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with wireless network standards like CDMA, GSM, UMTS, and LTE.
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, Linux Drivers, and Linux Kernel Development.
- Understanding of protocols such as TCP, UDP, IP, SIP, RTP, etc.
- Familiarity with multimedia technologies, including Audio, Video, and Imaging.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
