Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of proper working relationships.
• Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence and repair disengaged or fractured relationships.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements and fulfill their needs with standard procedures.
• Identify a range of our offerings that could meet the customer needs and goals and values of each client.
• Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients.
• Prompt clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings from the company to gain margin.
• Improve internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our profits.

Skills And Requirements:

• Prior experience as a relationship executive will be good, ideally in a similar organization.
• Familiarity with CRM software and various procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of effective sales skills and negotiation tactics.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to forge profound working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with clients.
