Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for existing Razorpay clients using Capital products like loans, cash advances, and early settlements.
- Promote capital products and help customers smoothly transition between different products or partners.
- Clearly explain product features to clients, grasp their needs through phone or email, and suggest suitable solutions using Razorpay’s capital products and services.
- Work with the sales team to build, nurture, and forecast a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth client experience with capital products, handling customer inquiries and negotiations.
- Employ negotiation skills with clients regarding lending terms such as PF, ROI, and tenure.
- Make effective use of sales tools to enhance productivity and collaborate with cross-functional teams as necessary.
- Consistently surpass sales targets while aligning with team and organizational goals.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Basic understanding of the lending ecosystem, encompassing lending terms and products like loans and overdrafts.
- 0-1 years of sales experience; familiarity with the payment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
