Responsibilities:

1. Learn and become knowledgeable in various aspects of Operations, Maintenance, Information Technology, and Techno-commercial roles.
2. Work independently on assigned tasks upon completion of training.
3. Understand processes and systems required for the functioning of the company.
4. Serve as a role model for all safety, health, environment, and quality issues.
5. Proactively seek opportunities for learning and developing skills in different roles available in various sectors of Hydrocarbons.
6. Develop a good understanding of operations, maintenance, computer science, and new business initiatives.
7. Learn to supervise others and monitor the work of contractors.
8. Plan the work for operating & maintaining plant and site facilities efficiently.
9. Participate in key activities of the refinery such as Major projects, Turnarounds, Safety initiatives, etc.
10. Attend various meetings of Operations and Maintenance to develop a sound understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• First-class degree in the respective discipline of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
• Experience: 0-2 years.
• Delivered Seminars.
• Led/Participated in a project.
• Ability to deep dive into discussions.
