Job Responsibilities:

As a Reliance off Campus employee, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Services: Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and services. Providing assistance to customers and addressing their queries and concerns. Recording customer interactions and escalating issues to the respective authority for resolution.
  2. Sales Targets and Service Offerings: Responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting all service offerings. Actively engaging with customers to promote products and services.
  3. Marketing and Sales Collaterals: Updating and maintaining marketing and sales collaterals. Ensuring the availability of necessary materials to support sales activities.
  4. Documentation and After Sales Service: Properly documenting sales transactions and providing after-sales service as required. Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
  5. System and Financial Management: Ensuring system availability for smooth sales operations. Posting financial transactions accurately and promptly into the system. Maintaining zero reconciliation issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Reliance off Campus position, the following criteria apply:

  1. Educational Qualification: Graduates, 12th pass, or 10th pass.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  3. Product Understanding: Familiarity with the company’s products and services. Understanding visual merchandising principles for brand sections.
  4. Marketing Awareness: Awareness of marketing campaigns and initiatives to effectively promote products and services.
  5. Adherence to SOPs: Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in store operations.
  6. Inventory Management: Understanding of merchandise movement and categorization (fast, medium, and slow-moving).
