Job Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects, driving operational excellence.
- Take charge of multiple specific projects, collaborating with executives as required.
- Establish processes for new areas and ensure their effective implementation.
- Generate reports based on accounting information to fulfill business needs.
- Perform thorough GL accounts review, settlements, and ensure timely closure of GL period.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge and principles to tasks.
- Reconcile assigned Balance sheet accounts meticulously.
- Meet assigned accounting close deadlines.
- Provide information and reports for internal and external audits.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Chartered Accountants qualified as per ICAI guidelines.
- Basic proficiency in systems and automation tools (including MS Excel, etc.).
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
