- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
- Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide feature explanations and guidance on Salesforce coding practices.
- Manage customer expectations and improve the overall customer experience.
- Actively participate in job-related training activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications required:
- BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 70% academic scores from Circuit Branches (Batch of 2024).
- Willingness to work in flexible shift timings.

- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of self-motivation.
