Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers in resolving custom code, integration, and implementation issues related to Salesforce products. This involves debugging, fixing, and ensuring that problems are completely resolved. Your tasks will also include:
- Designing and maintaining technical expertise in specific areas of product functionality.
- Demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Providing explanations of product features and best practices for Salesforce coding.
- Managing customer expectations and enhancing the customer experience to increase satisfaction.
- Actively participating in job-related training activities.
Qualification Required:
To be eligible for this role, you should have a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related circuit branches.
Preferred Skills:
Preferred skills for this position include:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Salesforce Super Badges in Administrator/Developer roles, or similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML, XML, API, and SQL.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, and knowledge of RDBMS and OOPS concepts.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Good understanding of Internet technologies, including firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
- BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 70% academic scores from Computer Science or a related circuit branch.
- Willingness to work flexible shift timings.
