Job Liabilities

Respond instantly to escalations for specializedsupport.Provide specialized support through Phone, converse and other availablechannels.Installs, configures and troubleshoots tackle including laptops, workstations, printers, phones, videotape conference units and mobiledevices.WAN/ LAN troubleshooting and TCP/ IP connectivity issues across a variety of
technologies( LAN/ Broadband/ Wireless) Support Security norms( anti- contagion/ anti- spam/ firewall/ doctoring) Work with Help office, Provisioning, structure Operations, Systems Engineering, ITNOC, Security and other brigades to identify and resolve escalations and outages

produce and maintain stoner accounts, watchwords, data integrity, system access & security
Document case status and provides updates to operation and end- druggies

Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, stylish practices and client service guidelines
Own IT systems and drive design deliverables for the platoon

running of means including desktop movements deployments
Share in canvassing , training and mentoring inferior platoon members

Drive quality and adherence to stylish practices within the platoon, including delega ing low complexity work to the Helpdesk

Eligibility Criteria

BCA/ BSC Degree from any sluice
Excellent verbal and written specialized attestation skill

Good communication and collaboration chops
Strong Platoon player with service- acquainted station and client concentrate

Strong exploration and problem working capacities are needed
