Customer Support:
- Provide high-quality support to SAP customers by developing deep product and technical expertise.
- Resolve customer cases/incidents at the Development Support level.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the high quality of corrections and support packages delivered to customers.
- Take ownership of Knowledge transfer for new topics/code lines from colleagues within the team promptly.
Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze and optimize complex business processes, emphasizing Procurement logistics, across heterogeneous system landscapes (SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM, and Ariba integration).
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on new innovations and technologies, including S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, and others.
- Apply expertise in digital transformation to S/4HANA and the Intelligent Enterprise.

Education:
- BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech/MCA.
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
- ABAP, ABAP WebDynpro, Fiori.
- Highly motivated and a strong team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High performance and learning orientation.
- OOAD, algorithms, data structures, design patterns.
- RDBMS concepts.
