Job liabilities
Act as the first point of contact for all Callidus guests, advisers and mates.
Triage all incoming case requests coming via the web and phone.
give phone, converse, and dispatch backing to guests, advisers and mates on the operation of Callidus products and layered factors, similar as data metamorphosis tools and report jotting tools.
shoot first response for all incoming cases vindicating the inflexibility, coming way, ETA for coming communication.
exploration, dissect and troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve specialized problems.
give phone backing to guests who call in for update or escalation on their cases.
Proactively communicate customer status, enterprises and issues to applicable operation platoon.
Develop and maintain effective connections with internal and external guests.
Contribute to SalesCloud Community i.e. responding to product forums and posting knowledge- grounded papers.
Update Support case tracking system to give accurate and current attestation of issues.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering brigades to give backing in relating, reporting and resolving product blights.
Eligibility Criteria
Major- BE/ B- Tech( or original) in any discipline.
0- 3 times of experience in a client support terrain, SaaS experience a plus.
