Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all Callidus customers, consultants, and partners.
- Prioritize and handle incoming case requests received through the web and phone.
- Provide support through phone, chat, and email to customers, consultants, and partners regarding the usage of Callidus products and associated components like data transformation tools and report writing tools.
- Respond to all incoming cases promptly, determining severity, outlining next steps, and providing estimated time of arrival for further communication.
- Conduct research, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Offer phone assistance to customers seeking updates or escalations on their cases.
- Proactively communicate client status, concerns, and issues to the appropriate management team.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Contribute to the SalesCloud Community by participating in product forums and sharing knowledge-based articles.
- Update the Support case tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of issues.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to aid in the identification, reporting, and resolution of product defects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B-Tech) or equivalent in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer support environment, with experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) being a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in working with Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle or HANA) and constructing complex queries.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Tomcat/Weblogic.
- Understanding of SSO/SAML integration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud Commissions (Callidus) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Business Objects 4.x and Crystal/Webi reports is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Informatica 10.x is preferable.
- Understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, or Python is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, customer relationship, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly dependable and professional.
- Exceptional problem-solving and listening skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
