Job Profiles & Responsibilities

KYC Support Associates:

• Video KYC Process Execution: Review and decide on allocated cases for the video KYC process.
• Regulation Adherence: Ensure complete compliance with regulations and policies for the video KYC process.
• Decision Updates: Accurately update decisioning files/systems with final case decisions.
• Prioritization of Urgent Cases: Prioritize and close urgent emails and referrals from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process Review and Gap Identification: Review processes, identify gaps, and suggest changes.
• Policy/Process Tracking: Maintain and track responsibilities for any changes in policies or processes.

Executive:

• Credit Card Policy Implementation: Implement credit card policy guidelines.
• Error-Free Decisioning: Ensure decisions are made without errors and maintain required quality scores.
• Relationship Building: Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Policy Improvement: Suggest and implement changes in policies to improve processes.

Associate:

• Application Scrutiny: Scrutinize credit card applications to ensure compliance with KYC norms.
• Document Credit Check: Perform credit checks on documents following predefined policies and calculate income.
• Timely Decision Making: Ensure decisions are taken within TAT (Turnaround Time) and with the desired accuracy.
• Document Integrity: Check documents for any tempering or inconsistencies.
