Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and support an environment that values uncompromising excellence in service.
• Answer customer inquiries in a manner that exhibits quality service.
• Support the field sales force in meeting their obligations to their clients by bringing a service orientation.
• Serve as a proactive liaison between shareholders and their representatives, keeping all stakeholders informed of service issues from discovery through resolution.
• Maintain updated knowledge of SBIMF Products and develop an understanding of how market forces affect the funds.
• Read product literature and industry periodicals to stay informed.
• Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures as per SEBI Guidelines.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and product features to customers effectively.
• Accept and incorporate feedback constructively and submit to the Reporting Manager.
• Handle walk-in customers and investor queries, coordinating with R&T for resolution.
• Accept applications for Purchase, Redemption, Switch, Special Products & Requests.
• Report Liquid & High-Value transactions, preparing Daily MIS, Monthly report, Time Stamping Register & DTR, and processing KYC.
• Sight credits in the bank for the transactions reported, ensuring correctness of cash flow, and sending High-Value report.
• Ensure proper cut-off times as per SEBI Regulation.

Requirements:

• Education/Qualifications: Graduate
• Experience: 0 to 5 Years
• Desired Skills: NISM
