Shell Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Shell Off Campus Drive, you must meet the following criteria:
- You should be in the final year of your post-graduation studies or have already graduated with an advanced degree like a Master’s or PhD from a recognized university.
- You must have less than 3 years of work experience.
- You need to be an Indian citizen or Permanent Resident or have a valid work permit for India.
- You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.

- Ability to work effectively with functional leads, team members, and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
