Eligibility Criteria:
You should be in the final year of your post-graduation studies or have already obtained an advanced degree such as a Master’s or PhD from a recognized university, with less than 3 years of work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be an Indian citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work permit for India. Graduation should be completed prior to the first day at Shell.
Preferred Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of collaborating with functional leads, team members, and stakeholders to achieve common goals. Self-directed, proactive, and capable of making complex decisions in a dynamic work environment.
