- Accurately and timely execute transactional services as per the global product catalogue for internal customers, following company regulations and guidelines.
- Receive customer calls and register notifications in the ERM tool.
- Dispatch Engineers and upload their productive hours.
- Close notifications and conduct NPS surveys.
- Perform assigned tasks with high standards of quality and within the specified timeframes.
- Follow up rigorously and close pending queries or open topics with a sense of ownership.
- Complete reporting of handled activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
- Adhere to a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions on a daily basis.
- Be flexible to work in shifts and during month ends.
Qualification required:
- 1-2 years of experience or freshers are also welcome.
- Any graduate can apply.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to understand and handle customer calls (Experienced candidates preferred).
- Proficiency in languages like English and Hindi.
