Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone call interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages for candidates.
• Utilize internet job portals and existing candidate relationships for sourcing, along with various internet sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidates based on job descriptions, relevant knowledge, experience, and required skill sets.
• Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits, and interviews.
• Conduct reference checks to ensure candidate authenticity and relevance.
• Source, screen, interview candidates, check references, and update job boards.
