Job Responsibilities:
Write 2-3 static articles daily a minimum of 800-1000 words (teams, player pages, tournament pages, etc).
Able to work under deadlines and deliver work quickly and efficiently.
Articles should not have an ounce of plagiarism, falsified facts, idea theft, clout-farming, click-baiting, and should not be derogatory in any form.
Expected to develop a knowledge base for trends, news, fresh content from creators etc.
Should be able to write about the players, their life, NFL career, etc.
Sportskeeda Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record from any stream.
Preferred skill:
Good communication and analytical skills.
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Analytical skills with customer-centric approach
Excellent proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent
Should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
Having a passing knowledge of other popular US sports like NBA, MBL, etc. would be a bonus.
Requirements:
Cover Letter.
Past work samples (if Any).
Relevant experience in writing and editing.
Decent understanding of the sport and its stats.
A solid grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate niche ideas to a
wide-spread audience.
