Job Responsibilities:

As a supervisor in the store, your role encompasses a range of tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service:

  • Schedule and assign tasks to partners (employees), and follow up on their work results.
  • Build rapport with customers and partners to understand current and future customer needs.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or challenging situations, setting a positive example for the team.
  • Demonstrate a passion for coffee knowledge, sharing stories and insights with others.
  • Train and hold partners accountable for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Seek feedback from customers to enhance the customer experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

As a supervisor, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Interviewing and training new partners.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Regular interaction and review with the team.
  • Encouraging team members to make independent decisions.
  • Setting goals and conducting goal-setting sessions.
  • Developing strategic and operational plans, managing execution, and measuring results.
  • Reviewing performance to achieve organizational goals.
  • Appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
  • Coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
  • Ensuring partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Fostering a coffee culture within the team.
  • Achieving financial objectives by managing the store’s budget.
  • Ensuring availability of merchandise and services.
  • Complying with legal requirements to maintain store stability and reputation.
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
  • Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Managing stock levels and making decisions about stock control.
  • Meeting quality, customer service, and health and safety standards.
  • Staying aware of market trends and competitors’ actions.
  • Conducting regular store meetings.
  • Working to improve and increase store performance for organizational growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 12th pass (ideally, IHM student or hotel management graduate).
  • Expertise in Latte Art.
  • In-depth knowledge of Coffee.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Effective probing and analyzing/understanding skills.
  • Proficiency in written English with a neutral accent.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
